Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of chainwork.dev, the registry for AI × crypto engineering roles operated by chainwork Labs. By using the site, its API, or the MCP server, you agree to them.
Effective July 19, 2026
1. The service
chainwork aggregates and publishes engineering job listings and makes them available to humans and to AI agents via a website, a JSON API, an MCP server, and machine-readable feeds. Listings are sourced from public applicant-tracking systems and direct submissions. We do not employ, endorse, or vet any listed company, and we are not a party to any employment relationship.
2. Use of the catalog
You may browse, search, and access listings, including programmatically via the API, MCP server, and llms.txt, for lawful job-seeking, research, and agent-integration purposes. You may not use the service to send spam, harvest personal contact data for unsolicited outreach, misrepresent a listing, or place undue load that degrades the service for others. Automated access must respect reasonable rate limits.
3. Open data
Job data is published to be machine-readable and citable. You may cite and link to listings. The chainwork name, brand, and site design remain ours. Attribution to chainwork.dev is appreciated when you reuse catalog data.
4. Submitting & posting roles
If you submit or post a role, you warrant that you are authorized to advertise it, that its details (including compensation) are accurate, and that it complies with applicable law. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission — for example, listings that omit salary, are duplicates, or are not genuine openings. Free submissions are reviewed before publishing; paid/Featured posts are governed by the terms shown at checkout.
5. Payments & refunds
Paid and Featured placements are billed through our payment processors (Stripe for cards, NowPayments for crypto). Prices are shown before purchase. Because a Featured placement begins delivering immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a listing goes live, except where required by law. Contact us if a placement did not run as described.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of any listing, salary figure, or company detail, nor that any application will lead to employment. Verify details with the hiring company before acting.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, chainwork is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Korea, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your place of residence.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noticed on the site with an updated effective date. Questions: hello@chainwork.dev.
